The Union Council Climate Resilient Development Plan (UC-CRDP) is a Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Pakistan's initiative under the SCALE project, piloted in UC Keenjhar of District Sujawal. This system holds the settlement, household and infrastructure data behind that plan — linking people, risk, services and infrastructure into one integrated resilience picture.
